amy {just because}

I met Amy at a photography class I taught at the YMCA last year. We've kept in touch with little get togethers and additional photography classes. I wish Amy would be a bit braver and take photo jobs here and there. She has a really good eye, but doesn't believe me when I tell her!

She asked me to photograph her 'just because'. I was so excited to be able to do that! We met in Hartwell at my father-in-law's 'farm', for some cool shots and then went to Depot street for a few more.

I think this one is my favorite... I still had possession of the 50mm 1.2L lens that this one was taken with!

This one is cool, too, though....

Amy, I had a blast!! I hope you like the images!

harley & family

Jane called me a couple of weeks ago with what she titled a 'strange request'. She wondered if I would be interested or willing to photography Harley, her dog. He's getting old and she wanted to make sure she had some 'good' photos! So, without further ado, here is Harley, Jane and Bob:

Jane, I'll have the rest posted soon!! I hope you love them!

Leigha & Josh -- Maternity

Leigha and Josh are going to have a baby!! She will arrive sometime in the middle of March... Prior to her arrival, we wanted to capture her mommy's super cute tummy.

Check them out!

katia

I had the pleasure of following this cutie-pie around town for couple of hours the other day. Isn't she adorable?

Liam, Lina and Family

I had the privilege of photographing the cutest couple of kids! Liam helped me pose his family and was such a good sport about holding his new little sister. View the cuteness below:

Who could ask for better cooperation?  Aren't they cute?

This might be my favorite family one.  Don't you just love how Liam is holding Dad's chin?
Oh, and how cute is this?

adeline & family

Adeline and her family are good friends of my family. We've been watching Adeline grow up for the last couple of years - and now she's turning three today! Happy birthday, Addie!

I had a REALLY hard time narrowing down my selection of images to post, so I forgive me for the many images :-)

Sarah, Adeline's momma, brought many, many outfits for us to play with and choose from; in this shot Addie didn't understand why she couldn't wear just her tights and shirt, so we put together this super fun outfit:

So, I think that the Converse shoes might be my favorite accessory!

Such a natural!

I know for a fact that I couldn't get a grown-up to pose this cute and natural with out any directions - yeah, all I did was ask Adeline to sit sideways and put her foot up.

Isn't this pretty? I forgot to mention above that we chose the COLDEST, WINDIEST day 0f 2008. The wind was SO cold - I can't say it enough - it was COLD! My lovely subjects don't look cold, but that's just because they are good!
